Interview questions all center around Amazon’s Leadership Principles — you won’t be told which principle each question relates to, but you need to identify which one based on key words in the question, then reply with an answer, drawing on your experience, that maps to that leadership principle.
Why do you work in post? Do you have any experience in localization?
Questions were not unusual or unexpected. Focus of all conversation was on my qualifications, skills, strengths, and weaknesses. Since I am sure that there are plenty of other people with similar qualifications and experiences to mine, they seemed more intent on evaluating the compatibility of my personality with their culture and the needs of the position.
