I was shown a large sample of SQL and asked what is does.
I was basic interview questions and nothing technical. They wanted know more about me.
What would you do if you're internet went down at home? Would you be comfortable sitting for such a long period of time? Tell me about your prior work experience.
An irrelevant Maths/English test, which had nothing to do with the job. Apparently the test needs to be repeated several times to ensure you were 'not cheating' as part of your application. Just wow.
All questions revolved around specific pain points within their group and how my current employer did them differently.
