Inquired about employment history, reason for leaving also they wanted to know accomplishments. The reason for leaving the previous employer and availability. The interview process was very basic. Mostly went over the resume and informed me about the current skills they were looking for. After the interview it took no less than 2 weeks for them to call me about an assignment, which I didn't have to do a formal interview with the client. They also followed up on the client and the employee relationship to ensure both sides was pleased with the placement.
