They will ask you how you would handle disruptive students, what has worked well in the past and what techniques didn't work well. Also prepare to talk about a lesson plan that did not go well and what you learned about it and how you would improve it.

Called into a room asked, "tell us your classroom mgmt style. give some examples. This was the only classroom relevant question asked. My first thought was I must have said something they didn't like. But, no it was that they already decided they liked me and began discussing which of the two schools I would prefer. Nice, right?

Called into a room asked, "tell us your classroom mgmt style. give some examples. This was the only classroom relevant question asked. My first thought was I must have said something they didn't like. But, no it was that they already decided they liked me and began discussing which of the two schools I would prefer. Nice, right?
