Normal questions, nothing that I remember as extraordinarily difficult or surprising.
Why do you want to work here?
Describe a time you were give feedback (good or bad). How did you respond?
Why do you want to work at Target?
If a customer came to you look for a new pair of 3 year old shoes, but couldn't find any. And we don't sell them at the store, what would you do?
I think coming up with a good example of solving a customer complaint was difficult as I've never had a position where I was immediately responsible to help issues, so I was only able to hand it off to a supervisor and apologize.
