- We are in the office 5 days per week and encourage everyone to go the extra mile (extra hours), this is something everyone here does. - We went from 2500 people to 250 people in 12 months, we are almost starting again and there is alot of work to do. - There are some processes in place for recruitment, some managers like to run the entire process their way, other parts of the business don't have a process. A new talent acquisition hire will need to look at setting these up and helping with onboarding new joiners.
