Being a call center position, one of the more difficult sets of questions has to do with customer service experience. You may get questions about times where you had to placate an angry customer, or otherwise deescalate a tense situation.
Do the customers ever get to you? If so, how do you handle it?

I was also asked about situations and how to solved these problems. what would i do if..... how would i handle....
They will draw hypothetical warehouse situations out on the board, with conveyors, rf devices, servers and line controllers, and ask you to troubleshoot given issues. Find out where the system might be having problems.
