I did not have a particular diffcult question rather I was asked for my perspective on different scenarios.
How will you be an asset to the team?
Nothing too hard to speak on, felt as though I asked more questions.
How do I feel about working in an office?
Describe a time in one of your positions where you had to navigate a technical issue that was very time sensitive and urgent.
Tell me about a time when a client was upset with you and how you handled it?
Tell me about your work related strengths and weaknesses?
My issue throughout this process stemmed from the case study. During the Zoom interview with the hiring manager, I was asked to revise and annotate a standardized flyer. This flyer, however, wasn't in active circulation, as I was told. I was specifically directed to focus solely on text modifications, disregarding any alterations to design or icons. Nevertheless, during the third interview dedicated to discussing the case study, despite concentrating solely on text revisions as instructed earlier, the hiring manager deliberately attempted to discredit me. They highlighted the only "issues" were related to the design and icons, aspects I was explicitly told not to address. The manager then asserted that this supposedly standardized template was, in fact, utilized for their clients—a stark deviation from what I was led to believe. This discrepancy felt deceptive and disrespectful. The manager proceeded to consume my time and reacted defensively when I pointed out that this crucial information hadn't been disclosed in our prior discussions or even in the confirmation email.
