The most difficult part of the interviews for me were the object oriented programming ones such as drawing a class map for a pretend company and then writing the functions to be performed.
Insert standard software support interview questions such as, "give me a time when you handled a difficult situation. What did you do to overcome... Or how well would you describe your prioritization when it comes to handling multiple tickets and projects etc...
