What experience do you have?
The interviewer graded my interview and gave me an A+ because I answered most of the questions before they were asked. For instance what would I do if a child came up to me to hug me? Having retired from North Kansas City school district it had been drilled in my head that you never touch a child or let a child touch you. Before she asked me the question, I also said I always let a student use the restroom and they ask.
