Monica began the conversation by asking me to share the story behind my resume. I had the chance to walk through my background and experience, and it was clear she was actively listening. While her questions were clearly prepared (as they should be), she tailored them to my experience and asked for thoughtful specifics. She was a great interviewer.

Case study with a dataset and questions to be answered based on it. I had previously interviewed with Clipboard for a different role where the same case was required. I had already submitted a case response for that role and had been moved to the next round. When I submitted the same case for this round they sent me an automatic rejection email. Does not make sense to me.
