Describe a time you resolved a customer disagreement.
I don't recall exactly but likely it was regarding solving a problem, how I did so or it was a relational question about when I had a conflict or disagreement, how did I handle it.
No certain questions asked, it was just a pre-screen.
None. Every one pretty much asked the basic questions different ways each time.

I can't remember most of the questions, they were just gauging abilities and asking about real life situations where you had to make a choice, be a leader, plan, etc.
I was asked to explain a situation in which I was confronted with a situation where a customer asked me to solve a problem that I had no control over and how I responded to the customers needs.
"Tell me about a time you solved a problem." It was so simple and open ended it caught me off guard. It took a minute to think of a specific example.
Name an instance that there was a problem with a supervisor. How did you handle it and how dis you difuse any potential problem.
