First interviewer struggled to interview me, but asked basic questions. Nothing out of the ordinary and was simply. The second interviewer started off by asking questions about myself and what my interests were. After getting to know each other he gave me pointers on how to handle the interview with the director. The interview with the director was uncomfortable and awkward since it was being held inside a hotel room. Started off by being asked do I understand the position and what it will take to do the job. After giving my answer we went into talking about my past work history which focused on JCPenney and then we went into how he thought it was a bad idea that I pursue an MBA.
