General questions. The hiring manager seemed really interested in my experience with gaining feedback/stories directly from patients.
- The interview focused on my experience with scaling a SaaS product and my strategy for balancing short-term feature delivery with long-term product vision. - They also posed a scenario-based question - Another technical question centered on my approach to A/B testing and how I prioritize experiments based on user impact. The conversation flowed well, and I received encouraging feedback. - Interview questions asked by the CTO we mostly process related.
The interview was a mix of behavioral and practical questions. One question was "Walk me through how you would plan a roadmap and what artifacts you would present." Although there were formal questions, there was also a good mix of less formal conversations about best in class product experiences and how to create them.
It was a payments role so they asked me about my understanding of payments integrations.
