Lots of typical PM questions. How do you run a team? How are you able to manage conflicts in a team? Several questions about my projects and experiences running teams. I asked one of the interviewers (SVP level) what is the promotion process. He was shocked and taken aback. My question was clearly to challenge the status quo and see what they do to promote people as that is a high motivation factor for employees. He pretty much gave me a textbook answer. At the final interview, the HM gave me a scenario about getting a month to work on something. I said that sounds reasonable and could do a lot towards planning for CMC in a month. She then asked me what I would do if that task was asked to be done in a week instead of a month.
