First round was with the hiring manager - general Product casing questions. Given a sister product X that is facing employee churn, was asked how I would manage it if I was approached by a PM from X for help. Second round was with senior PM's in the team on a 4:1 panel - product casing scenarios. Lot of questions on previous product experience.
Round 1: Customer sense 1. Spilled Swiggy Delivery: How would you design a product experience when the delivery person spills the food, and couldn’t be delivered? 2. Interviewer shall grill you to even asking to write the text to be sent to the customers. Round 2: Data Sense 1. How would you decide on going ahead and building chaat specific experience for customers, similar to how guilt free experiences are built on the home page? 2.
