Interview questions were a mix of "tell me about a time when..." as well as case questions - sell me on X or how would you work through Y specific scenario (based on your existing professional knowledge).
Questions were very applicable and clinical based, related directly to the job duties of the position. For example; Assessments used, feedback style, examples of feedback, ABA principles and case examples.
Basic- tell me about yourself, tell me about your leader ship style, I’d like to know more about your communication style, etc.
