The questions were all about my resume. My hiring manager asked me to go over my resume and then he asked a specific question about clustering analyses which was mentioned in my resume. No technical questions were asked. I had a feeling that behavioral questions and how I explained my motivation in changing my job and showing my level of understanding of the business had more weight than anything else.

They basically ask you how to solve their major and scale limiting problems which they haven't figured out yet. Seems like a fishing expedition for ideas and then they don't have to pay you for those ideas. Position is still open 3 months after my interview.
