Standard situational questions over the phone and in person
The questions were all prewritten and given to all applicants. There was NO give and take/conversation. It was more like an oral exam and very awkward format. I was not provided the questions in advance, but they were typical questions for the position.
Why do you want to work for the Applied Sciences Department? Can you think of a time you were managing a project and there was a miscommunication, how did you correct it? Do you have experience working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects?
