They asked about my experience in events, what I would do to improve client relations and grow donors, how I would market to campus life, and aksed your basic questions about how I respond to difficulty or issues in a job.

The questions were all prewritten and given to all applicants. There was NO give and take/conversation. It was more like an oral exam and very awkward format. I was not provided the questions in advance, but they were typical questions for the position.
