They were most interested in longitudinal experience with fundraising galas and prior work with parent committees.
The questions were all prewritten and given to all applicants. There was NO give and take/conversation. It was more like an oral exam and very awkward format. I was not provided the questions in advance, but they were typical questions for the position.
Are you looking for fulltime?
My current position/company is very complex and we do a lot of work. Each person wears several hats I don't think I did a good job of expressing the direct role I play. They asked me the same question several times in different ways so that should have been an indicator to me I wasn't being clear.
