When I encounter an issue in getting a specific task completed what steps do I take to resolve the issues and complete the task? How do I work around insufficient lead time? Did I have experience with computer systems? Did I work independently? Could I handle an overload of work? How do I work to get an answer to my questions?
Most of the questions were situational that asked about past behavior. As long as you have thought about all of the significant things you have completed in the past, the interview should be easy.
