They have core values that they shared with me and the question was pretty vague after they shared them 'how do you think you fit in with our core values?' It was simply vague. Also they really seemed much more interested in telling me about themselves, the store and the company as opposed to asking me questions.
One of the store leads asked me to read to her the companies core values. Then she asked me which one was most important.
They were equally as invested in me as a person as they were with my skillset and experience. I appreciate that they wanted to get to know what inspires me and where my motivation comes from.
