phone screening was mostly about your prior experience, what you know about the company and role, why you want to work there, strengths and weaknesses, availability(if you get hired), and some basic behavioral stuff. The technical interview was mostly SQL-based. Knowledge of the basic joins and string functions. Most of all, you want to emphasize your willingness to learn. Also, as a lot of questions when they tell you about the platforms they work with. The interview with the team manager was on zoom, so you want to try and strike a personal connection and do not be afraid to ask questions. The questions asked were both technical and behavioral. The product demo phase is basically them showing you what you would typically be working on, if you get hired. Again, as loads of relevant questions here. Finally, with the VP of engineering, just be prepared to have a very technical chat about API's and SQL databases.
