Final question was how to sort and organize digital pictures using a folder structure without apps or any technology solutions. Only given 10 minutes to role-play with the "customer", and then some amount of feedback, though not super helpful feedback. The problem really has no bearing on the kind of work you'd do in the role, so it's a biased coin-toss of an interview. Not sure how they ever hire anybody with this arrogant approach. Stay away if you don't want your time wasted.
