Watch out for the 60 second paper test right at the end of the day (after meeting with an HR representative)! Your brain will be a bit tired by that point and they want to see how nimble you are at that point. The questions are not difficult, but they were unexpected.

They paired us off to do mock scenarios. Many of the questions included how would you change the way you spoke to two different client members if they have two differing sets of tenure and talent.
HR screen was straight forward, very friendly. Skills assessment killed me, extremely frustrating. I knew at that point the position wasn't a great fit for me, and vice versa.
I didn't really feel that they asked any unexpected questions in the initial interview. It was pretty standard informational interview type questions and just offering a lot of information about the job position.
