Questions like do you know how to use a computer and Excel? Can you use the internet? There really were no difficult questions. They will hire almost anyone unfortunately because their turnover is tremendous, and most good candidates have already been hired and have left or will not apply there at all because of their poor reputation.
Basic. It was clear their was no professional intentions to discover anything relevant behind any of the inquiries. I was immediately suspicious. It was a sham interview to make it look like it was an interview. Just random comments about previous employers and work history to make it look like he is contemplating if he wants to hire you or not to build suspense. All the while he knows he is going to "hire" anyone that comes in that office and fill their heads up with pipe dreams.

Well, it isn't even difficult, but they want to know what situations you have been in that you had a customer with a problem and how you handled that problem.
