My interview experience was very bad although I do know that I was a deserving candidate for the posisiton. The students who did not deserve the position easily got the call, simply by answering what was their parent's name and stuffs. I went to the panel and the HR asked me "Whats going on"....... I gave the reply in six to seven sentences and again he asked me "Whats going on".............. I assumed to be the question like, tell me about yourself and I started. Then he gave me three separate situtations (totally meaningless) like no of ATMs from your home to college, frequency of people visiting them, how much cash is out into the ATMs,etc. Second situation was no. of buses in your college, no. of students in ur college, % of students using buses, % of students in hostels,etc.....third situation was the Two Army Problem. I answered all the questions boldly and confidently, with the extent of logic, a student of my age can apply. But later I was not selected. I was not asked any technical question like my all other sriends I felt that it was an unfair process where the deserving people do not get the position. I just want the iNatix managemt to read this experience. because, "INAUTIX was my dream company and I missed the offer only because of a wrong HR in front of me".
