First, They asked about me, and my past work experiences. Then, about my last position and how the skills at that job would relate to this one. The next few questions were about the hours and the training that ATT offers for their new candidates. Describing the travel requirements, and my availability for the training. The managers then asked why I wanted to work for ATT, and what was my reasons for wanting to work in wireless. The next questions were related to demands of the job itself, standing for long periods of time, long hours, and how I managed stress and rejection from customers. The line of questions came in categories, first category: About Me, Second: about my last position held, Third: About my work history, Fourth: About ATT, and the culture, Fifth: Things I liked most, and things I liked least about my last position, and examples of situations I was involved in that I used customer service and retention to provide a satisfactory resolution to the customers pain points. Finally, I was asked if there were any prior engagements that would keep me from being able to start. Then, the managers asked me if I had any questions for them. Then thanked me for my participation and willingness to come in, and shook my hand and wished me a good day.
