1) Design a application which logs person's Running exercise.
I prepared by trying to understand the 14 leadership principals and then prepared several experiences per principal. I don't think it was necessary to memorize memorize the list of principals, but you should be able to rattle off a few in context and be able to talk about any of them if asked. Questions are usually, "tell a time when..." performance management, hard problems, process improvement, etc. You can't really prep for the design question but it will be vague so ask questions.
Tell me about an employee you hired who was successful and why.
Design a ticketing system - data model to infrastructure design.
Nothing specific stands out as very hard in the interview process.
Talk about most complex project you have dealt with.
The first interview was a series of open ended questions related to infrastructure design. Other interviews included "What's the most complex thing you've worked on?", "How many people have you managed?", along with a sampling of behavioral questions. The final interview was another open ended question related to designing a system end-to-end.
Basic management questions ... conflict resolution, management style and effective communication
