Questions were about conflict with a coworker, how to keep patient safe, and a few other things. In terms of clinical scenarios, the interviewer described two different patients and had to determine what was happening and the interventions I needed to give.

For new grad program, they placed a lot of emphasis on my graduating GPA, which makes sense.

Describe a conflict you had with a coworker and how you over came it; describe a time when you had to use critical thinking and call a code or rapid response; what do you think will be the biggest challenge for you as a nurse?
