There was no really difficult or surprising question. Sales knowledge or interaction was key.

I was asked some pretty tough architect questions relating to Design For Test principles, cache architecture, pipeline construction. I don't remember the specifics from 2+ years ago however.
The interviewer executed the command ls- l and asked me to explain all the columns (including the bits in the permissions column and their meaning).
