All interviews were focused on leadership principles, and required me to talk through scenarios in context of the principles. Since this interview was for a product manager - technical role, I was asked some questions related to agile software development, and had to also submit a writing exercise.

Multiple questions that didn't make sense. For example, after I described how I turned around the GTM Systems function at my last employer she asked my why I didn't succeed in my role.
Name one product of Amazon that isn't doing well according to you and how would you go about improving it?

Theoretical question about Product Management implementation... "If Aliens discovered earth and were planning to peacefully integrate into human society within six months, how would you go about ensuring they all had places to live?"

The gave me a list of algorithms and asked me to match them up with Big-O values in a sort of multiple-choice exercise. Then rank the Big-O values from fastest to slowest. This was a math-heavy exercise and involved inverse natural logs, etc.
