One question asked was, did I believe I was an expert with federal acquisition regulations?
At the time the most focused discussion was on how fast I could create visual imagery. Emphasis on sales team feeling it took too long to get design done for them. I bring this up because, it was unexpected that they cared more about my ability to produce rather then the quality of my designs.
I wouldn't say there were any difficult questions. The questions were easy for me to answer. The questions were like: "Describe for me the process you follow to develop a course." Or, "Tell me about a time you had an unresponsive SME and how did you deal with that situation." Those kind of things.
Tell me about a time when you were dealing with a manager who didn't want to send his or her team to training.
How do you handle deadlines?
The most difficult thing is employer's attitude. Kinda arrogant.
