What is an example of a marketing program that you ran in the past that you thought was going to be a home run, but just didn't work out? What did you learn? How did you pivot?

Unfortunately, I don't recall any difficult questions. I normally expect to be challenged during an interview and was amazed that no technical question were asked at any point in the process.
Mostly about program management. My work in managing multiple projects; knowing technical details, following up. risk management. release management
