All of my interviews were behavioral. All of them were focused on Amazon's Leaderships principles. You've got to know these principles inside out, and have multiple examples for each ( I personally had 4 -5 examples for each leadership principle).

They tend to ask STAR questions along the line of "Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your leadership. What did you do, what was the outcome, etc."
how will you stop a dos attack?
Generally not a set format, you get a problem statement, and you have to make a presentation to present to a committee, which includes two people form the hiring department (not necessarily the hiring manager) and HR. You are allowed time to present, and the the QA starts, which could be from the presentation or anything from the resume or general questions. The psychometric testing is bizarre, most people have never done something like this before, unless you have worked in the military or secret services. There is a meeting with a psychologist too after the test.
How do you like to work with engineering teams
Behavioral. Very little about the role, gaps firm is facing, and why the candidate thinks he/she is a good fit.
