I was repeatedly asked--multiple times in each of my three interviews--why I wanted to leave my current job in academia. Increasingly, this question was accompanied by negative references to other academics who had worked there, and skepticism as to whether anyone who enjoyed academia could really be successful at RFA.

Why should I hire you , salary negotiate , communication skills , presentation skills , and then if u have no reference then they no hire , company is good but higher management is worst u can see in your life
