He asked me basic project management questions like the methodologies I used in my projects to manage projects. How I measured the metrics for project control and the type of software testing. The interviewer seem bit aggressive and behaved as if there's no 2nd chance in life....LOL! This interview was pretty detailed and the interviewer was very polite and asked extremely probing questions that included behavioral aspects too. I had transition management experience mentioned in my CV and he asked me a lot of transition management questions like the stages, the challenges etc. He also asked how I motivate the team....how I handle a team dispute. How I report to my management etc. The final HR interview was with the AVP HR and she asked me more about my qualifications, years of experience and career growth.
