Giving examples of times you were, i.e. upset by a person, how you helped someone in a bad place turn in around, etc.
There weren't any difficult questions. They asked questions to the entire group and then two or three people volunteered answers, typically. Based on who I know got hired, it seems like they liked the more outgoing people who volunteered more answers.
