Walk me through how you approach a new project from start to finish. How do you gather user requirements and conduct research? Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you overcame obstacles? What was the problem, and how did you identify it? What solutions did you consider, and how did you decide on the final design? How did you handle feedback or conflicting requirements from stakeholders? How do you prioritize features in a design? How do you decide which features are essential for the user experience? Have you ever had to compromise on certain features due to time or resource constraints? What UX design tools are you proficient in? Can you discuss your experience with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other prototyping and wireframing software? How do you choose the right tool for each project?

It was extremely rude of the company to call me in for two interviews at the office, when they know that the distance from my home to the office is two hours. Even so, I was willing to take part, even though I had to cover the high cost of transport. But the thing that bothered me was the last interview, where they sent me the topic that I should prepare for a whiteboard challenge (very common in UX design), but that didn't happen. At the end I was asked a few questions and the whole time I saw the hiring manager, since the beginning looking at his own clock several times (and there was a very large one on the wall), as he was trying to show me that we should wrap up the session quickly. It gave me the impression that even before the interview took place, the company didn't want to select me for any reason, which is fine, thus why called me to get there? In conclusion, I was made to prepare for a challenge session that didn't take place, traveled two hours to the office and spend more than 100 euros on transport costs, and in the end such a poor interview level and lack of respect. My worst interview experience so far!
