In the in-person interview, I encountered a lot of “interesting questions” questions pertaining to data analytics, monitoring users, what type of marketing research I conduct and measuring business success. Which doesn’t pertain to a UX Design role, that is a job of a data and business analyst. I think walker as a lack of understanding of what a UX/UI designer is. To put it simply “ UX Design is the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and the product.” it not a compiling data and identifying the issues. Throughout the interview, they asked serval times about coding and development… I understand it very common UX and some UI designers to write code. I had mentioned serval time- that I don’t work in two mediums, that is video and development. They asked serval of the same questions just worded them a little differently, which I felt was odd.
