And in your answers, they dig further and ask you probing questions to rate on whether you are weak, medium or strong on each LP. So work backwards from the LP, prepare a story and ask yourselves probing questions . Your answers to probing questions should satisfy that particular LP. Doesn't matter if it's right or wrong. Nothing difficult--just lots of questions. For someone who's been working in this exact same niche field for a decade and has seen scores of customers and solved their issues---the interview was a total breeze.
Who do you think was the best among the people who interviewed you? I don't know what they figure out about us with that question but have not come across that question till date.
