The phone interview included role play.
They provided me with a list of amenities and features for one of their hotels and asked me to give a brief sales pitch as if I was speaking to a customer.
Had to role play a scenario of a call and a guest was not satisfied with the room and rate offered. They were looking for your answer to include the feature and benefit that justified the rate.
How would you decide how to book a room for a specific person and what rate?
How would you manage working without a schedule while at work to prioritize your tasks and effectively manage your time?
The one thing they asked me was why did I think I was a good fit for the job.
