Tell us about your previous position, how did you feel about work ethics there? What did you learn from them and how would you suggest they could improve?
What experience have you had with meeting specific sales goal? How did you go about achieving that?
These two questions were asked by the first person, not the one who threw me out of his office: How many times where you late for work at your last job? How many days were you absent from work at your last job? These questions seemed geared towards inexperienced college kids, of which they hire (exploit?) many. Considering my experience and age I considered the questions peculiar.
