Role playing scenario: a customer comes up frustrated that he can't find a product we have in our ad, and he's been waiting for assistance for a long time and he's running late because he needs to go to another store to buy patio furniture.
They gave scenario questions "How would you deal with a customer looking for this lawn chair that we no longer sell" "How would you deal with a customer who wants something that wants a discount" etc.
What would you do if a customer asked for help finding a product in a different department?
The critical thinking test was pretty weird. Only 12 minutes for 40 questions. Things like analogies, incorrect spellings and finishing a sequence or identifying the incorrect number in a sequence. Felt a little like the SATs in miniature.
