A great experience. Relaxed atmosphere. The 1:1 interview questions rotated around how my recent jobs duties relate to the position I apply for (90% of the interview). This was followed by an easy technical case scenario(10% of the interview). My impression is EY emphasizes on experience rather than on skills in their selection process, because the case scenario was so easy that it failed to shed any light on my true capabilities. The job I applied for was too easy for me anyway, I could do it with my eyes shut, but since it's EY I wanted the job or rather, my foot in the door. I wish the interview was more technical, with numerous DIFFICULT technical questions.
