The interview with the owner of the company was a bit different. Instead of the normal questions he asked me more about who I was on a personal level. My hobbies, what I want in the future, what kind of person I think I am. It was actually really refreshing but it did throw me off guard.

When the HR rep asked if the interviewing manager advised what this position pays? I replied no, and she responded sheepishly $8/ with a lot of overtime available, because most helpers were averaging 60 hours/wek. Will this be OK with you?
