How would you raise referral rates at a company?
My interview was based primarily on recruiting, so one question that was asked was "How do you communicate with hiring managers, to understand the type of candidates they would like to see" My questions veered off to more of a full-cycle recruiter, rather than a traditional recruiting coordinator so it was tough but all of the interviewers were friendly and were quick to change the questions to what my role would entail.
I did not find any difficult question.
