The questions were pretty standard. What was a little unexpected was speaking with the same person on 4 different occasions - so the questions got pretty redundant.

They were all very normal metrics driven questions except the "what do you do in your personal time" which I had to laugh at because my answer was "what personal time?" Recruiting is 24/7 and when someone says "jump" we say "how high" and that's just the way it is.
