Pathetic, "behavioral" based (old school) questions that gives one a "perception" of what a candidate is like, which has no basis in reality about a candidates skill set or personality. The world of interviewing has changed Barrington James! Try doing research and learn about new, strategic types of interview questions to ask candidates: you're a goddamn recruiting firm! So, pathetic & sad! This is why people HATE recruiting firms & recruiters! You bring down the reputation of this business.
