The interview began with introductions. I expressed gratitude for the time and opportunity to interview, considering I was the past DQRMPI and Chief Equity Officer for JHBH. I shared short details of the previous facility's semi-recent history, how I came to fruition with JHBH, having strong work ethic, vision and multi management skills, enabling JHBH overall continuous growth and expansion. I asked quite a few detailed questions and clarity about the role's overall expectations, which were fairly answered. I provided important and helpful insight regarding processes, Colorado expectations and Patient Rights, as well as having a Patient Advocate and other team members carefully in place. I was asked a couple questions about availability and salary expectations. We conversed about fair compensation per the amount the position truly entails, followed by a motion to follow up.

Hiring manager asked a question and when I asked him if he wanted trajectory 1 or 2 for the question, he said “I don’t know”. So it is clear he didn’t know what he was asking.
